guns + butter x Grace Cathedral
A rare collaboration inside one of the most storied sacred spaces in the country. Craig Lieckfelt’s guns + butter joins that lineage — cooking contemporary diner food in the spirit of omakase, including a book discussion of guns + butter: pop-up restaurant.
